Come chat about using collaborative presentations in your classes in this UA Coffee Talk, hosted by Dr. Jolene Hubbs, a professor in the American Culture and Society Department. Whether you’ve been assigning collaborative presentations for years or are pondering whether an assignment of this sort might work in your class, this Coffee Talk is for you. Attendees will be encouraged to share tips and tricks for success. We’ll also tackle questions about these assignments’ potential pitfalls and consider together how to try to navigate around them. By drawing on the insights and experiences of attendees teaching students at various levels in different departments, we’ll explore how collaborative presentations can work in a range of courses.
